Types of pranayama

Bhastrika Pranayama (Breath of fire):- Meaning of Bhastrika the “blower” means a tool used by a blacksmith to increase the flame of coal. Pranayama means expanding the air of life. Air is exhaled rapidly like a bellows for breathing, and at the same time, the breath is taken inward with the same speed. It brings peace to one's body and mind.

Benefits of bhastrika pranayama: - Bhastrika Pranayama can be beneficial in relieving these three doshas Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
